The Website of Pete & Pete

What is The Adventures of Pete & Pete?

The Adventures of Pete & Pete was created by Will McRobb and Chris Viscardi. The two were hired by Nickelodeon’s Promotion Department, and they created the brothers Pete and their friends as part of a promotional campaign. Nickelodeon liked it so much that they decided to turn it into a bunch of specials. These specials went over so well, Nickelodeon asked for a series.

The Adventures of Pete & Pete chronicles the adventures of two brothers (both named Pete), their friends and family, and the town they live in. The adventures are by no means normal and border on the surreal.

What is this site?

This site was started in 1994 when the show was originally airing. I tried to keep it updated through 2010, but then I just let it ride. In 2026 I decided to freshen it up a bit and remove bad links. I leave the site up as a memorial to the show.

Where can you see The Adventures of Pete & Pete?

The Adventures of Pete & Pete originally aired on Nickelodeon in many countries around the world. It was canceled after the third season in 1996. The shorts seem to be available on Amazon Video; DVDs of the first two seasons can be bought used.
